We are SO excited about tomorrow! Chocolate! Chocolate! Chocolate!
December 12th is National Cocoa Day and we want to celebrate this scrumptious treat!
Georgie’s uses cocoa in many of our treats every week; for fudge, cake, frosting, brownies, and of course hot chocolate. And, the best thing about pure cocoa is that it is fat free, sugar free, cholesterol free, no sodium. It’s only when we start adding other ingredients and sweeteners to it when we have to be more careful.
We jokingly like to look at the Cocoa Bean as vegetable, but when used with the least amount of processing and in moderation, there’s no disputing it is a healthy food. So, what else does anyone need? Yum yum!!!
